Warranty Coverage

All By Gray products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, electrical faults, and issues related to materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

Need to Make a Claim?

If you believe your item is faulty or requires a warranty claim:

• Include your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue
• Attach any relevant photos to help us assess the case

We'll respond within 1–2 business days and work with you on a solution — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
