We currently ship across Australia only.

Shipping Times:

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.

• Pre-orders: Shipping timelines will be clearly stated at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates:
Standard shipping is FREE. Express is calculated at checkout. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are produced in limited quantities and hand-finished, we do not offer change-of-mind returns at this time. Please choose carefully and read all product details before purchasing.

We are proud of the quality of every piece we ship, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it at info@bygray.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
