Shipping Times
Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Pre-orders: Shipping timelines will be clearly stated at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Brisbane & surrounds: 2–4 business days
- Sydney / Melbourne / Adelaide: 3–6 business days
- Perth / Darwin / remote areas: 6–10 business days
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Express post is available at checkout — typically 1–2 business days faster for most metro areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are produced in limited quantities and hand-finished, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully and read all product details before purchasing — we're happy to answer any questions before you buy at info@bygray.com.au.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at info@bygray.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund promptly.
Warranty
The Edge Lamp comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects and electrical faults from the date of purchase. For full details visit our Warranty page.
