By Gray is an Australian-owned online homewares store offering unique, locally designed home décor. Our products are designed in Brisbane and made in collaboration with trusted manufacturers.
2. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check this carefully and notify us immediately of any errors
- By Gray reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued where payment has been made
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, supply only part of an order, or divide orders. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframes stated on our Shipping & Returns page
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and external courier delays
- Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched
- In the event of a lost or significantly delayed parcel, please contact us at info@bygray.com.au and we will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue

Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for detailed information on returning or exchanging items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
